Welcome to TapnPe. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any services. By accessing TapnPe, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

About TapnPe

TapnPe is a product of Flowmint Solutions Private Limited, headquartered at 283/202 Block A, Sector 105, Gurgaon. TapnPe enables digital financial services including (but not limited to) utility bill payments, mobile/DTH recharge, UPI/QR payments, OTT subscriptions, travel bookings, and related value-added services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use TapnPe.
  • KYC completion is mandatory to become a verified retailer/Customer Service Point (CSP).
  • Retailers with incomplete or expired KYC may have restricted access until compliance is completed.

Account & Security

  • Your registered mobile number acts as your username.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share them with others.
  • Notify TapnPe Support immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access.
  • For your safety, avoid logging in on public/shared devices and always log out after use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use TapnPe for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • Access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
  • Upload malware, attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer our systems.
  • Exploit bugs/vulnerabilities or engage in spamming, misleading communications, or harassment.

Wallet, Pricing & Charges

  • Service charges, convenience fees, and commissions (where applicable) are defined by TapnPe policies and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes (including GST and TDS where applicable) may be applied as per law.
  • Extended inactivity may lead to wallet restrictions or deactivation in line with applicable regulations and our policies.

Refunds, Reversals & Cancellations

  • All successful transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • Failed transactions, where the amount is debited but service is not delivered, will be auto-reversed to your TapnPe wallet/bank as per partner settlement cycles. In certain cases, OTP/consent from the remitter may be required to process the refund.
  • If funds are credited to an incorrect beneficiary due to wrong details entered by you, TapnPe will assist on a best-effort basis but does not assume liability for recovery.

Third-Party Services

TapnPe integrates with third-party providers such as banks, billers, payment gateways, telecoms, and travel partners. Service performance and uptime may depend on these partners. TapnPe is not liable for delays, outages, or failures attributable to third-party systems or networks.

Security Practices

  • We use encryption, secure APIs, and industry-standard controls to protect your data.
  • TapnPe will never ask for your password, full card details, or OTP over phone, email, or chat.
  • Report suspicious activity to Support immediately.

KYC, AML & Compliance

KYC is mandatory for CSPs/retailers as per applicable RBI and allied regulations. TapnPe may suspend or terminate services if documents are found to be invalid/forged or if any regulatory non-compliance is detected, including AML/CFT concerns.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability; however, services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to third-party outages. TapnPe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Users should first write to TapnPe Support for resolution. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. Proceedings will be in English before a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapnPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. TapnPe’s aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the lesser of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the total fees paid by you to TapnPe in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapnPe, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TapnPe disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TapnPe is not liable for third-party failures or force-majeure events.

Changes to Terms

TapnPe may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
